[FIN] Sven - Spirit

Sven is surprisingly young looking, which is likely due to the fact that his fur is incredibly well kept and he has very few obvious wounds. The only wound that is actually large enough to be visible is hidden near the centre of his back, just behind his right foreleg, and can only really be seen by those capable of looking over his shoulder. He is incredible large and strong, even for a polar bear, and cuts a threatening silhouette to even the most hardened of soldiers. His aura is a disconcerting off-white, which appears at odds with his coat because of the very slight variation in colour.


Sven adamantly believes that spirits are superior to angels and demons, and all of his actions are tainted by these beliefs. He is a powerful fighter, and takes great pride in his ability to erase swathes of angels and demons alone in combat. Despite this, he is also an incredibly caring individual, but exclusively towards spirits - even those who do not share his views - and is known to visit the injured and weak in what little spare time he has in the hopes of bolstering their spirit. His strong minded personality and stubbornness makes him an incredibly persuasive speaker, and over time this has gifted him with many devout followers.


Before Sven belonged to a zoo, living his life in front of thousands of faces that he can no longer remember as anything but the Lost. His every waking moment would be spent before crowds, and his meals would all be served to him on silver platters. On occasion, he would even perform before the Lost as though he were a circus creature, and the crowds would cheer. The few fleeting memories that Sven has of his Before-Life reassures him that the world now is the world he is meant to be in. Sven truly believes that the Eschaton saved him.

Initially after the Eschaton, Sven had nothing against angels and demons, though he was wary of them. It was when the war began that he began his judgement of them, deeming them the reason that the world was falling apart as it was. This escalated to the point that he personally began hunting down and erasing angel and demons, destroying their encampments single-handedly and rallying other spirits behind his cause. As his beliefs spread, so too did his powerful influence, until he commanded a large enough army that he could rule over a large portion of the southern territories.
