Getting Started

1. If you haven't already, register! This is a very quick process, and you can create an account with any name (so long as it isn't rude). Keep in mind that, while you can change your display name, you cannot change your username - and it's your username that people will use to tag you!

2. Read the rules! These will tell you what you can and can't do on Carnivaux. When you've done reading them, you should have a read of the site lore. Everything in bold is required reading!

3. Create your character!

4. Wait for your character to get accepted! If you need to, make any corrections that the staff put forward.

5. Once your character has been accepted, you should create a tracker and a plotter if you have not done so already. Once you have created these, you can add links to them to your profile via the "edit profile" option under the "personal" heading. This will quickly and easily allow other roleplayers to see who you play and what roleplays you are interested in. Additionally, head on over to the character list and check whether your character has been added. If they haven't, please make a request for your character to be added.

6. You are now ready to roleplay!
